    Good advice and article. I’ve had reasonably good luck self-administering trigger point therapy. Granted, I can’t do it as effectively as a professional, but I can do it every day. Within three days, pain is virtually gone, and within a week as good as new if I am diligent. Again, not as quick as seeing a professional and for extremely difficult cases I’m sure there isn’t a substitute, but something to consider.

      Do you know where the trigger point is for the inside of the elbow ( medial epicondylitis) ?

    Can you take a picture of the spot on your arm that you are talking about? I have been fighting it for a month.
