The apps are free. You can use them to access videos that you’ve already paid for.
WHAT IS THE ADVANTAGE OF USING THE APP VS THE WEB?
The app allows you to download individual video chapters to your device for offline viewing. This means you can now view your videos without a data connection.
How do i download videos?
Click on the icon that looks like this:
To the right of all videos you want to download.
HOW DO I DELETE DOWNLOADED VIDEOS?
Click on the MENU icon in the upper-left corner and choose DOWNLOADS. This will show you all of your currently downloaded content. Click DELETE to remove files from your device.
WHY WHEN I CLICK ON SUBSCRIPTION, DOES IT SAY USE THE BOUNCE 2.0 SUBSCRIPTION? I THOUGHT THESE WERE ONE-TIME PURCHASES?
They are one-time purchases. The apps are built on top of our video provider’s templates, which default to subscription-based verbiage. Don’t worry, it’s not a subscription product. If you note the verbiage below the $49/MONTH wording:
