I stand corrected

It’s seems as if every time I criticize Tiger’s swing, his next start it looks really good. Maybe Foley is channeling me…LOL.

Kidding aside, I thought he looked awful at last year’s Bridgestone, said so, then he looked great at The Chevron.

I didn’t like the look when he won Memorial, but it looks great so far this week.

If this is the swing he continues to use, I will say he is back to form regardless of whether he wins or not. It won’t be surprising if he falters on Sunday, because pressure often brings out a pattern of reversion to old bad habits, but it won’t change the fact that his swing looks good now…an he will win more majors with it.

Any thoughts on why he seems to be setting his body lines so far left, even on draws and stingers this week? Just a feel thing?

He isn’t pulling off the ball to create room for his arms. The aiming left gives his arms room to swing when he dives and allows his shoulders more room to rotate better.
