There’s a guy in my foursome. He plays about like I do through the fairways except he plays a draw and I hit it straight with a push or pull and we arrive at the green in similar ways. The difference is he gets up and down and I get up and two putt so he is consistently high seventies and I am mid eighties.
For me the difference between scoring (75-79) and not (82-86) is two or three holes, usually consecutively, at which I lose it. Practice does make this risk reduce but in competitions where things get slow I tend always to have these nasty doubles that mess up the score. What should I do doc? (Lobotomy not recommended)
