DROP THE BASKET
Sometimes getting better at golf is all about dropping baskets. And no, I’m not talking about basketball. This is a great drill for those of you suffering from the dreaded 68 ballerina position, where the shaft is in P6 while the body is P8. Put another way, if you’re somebody who fires the body too hard and tends to leave the arms behind, this drill can help get your arms and body in better sync.
